£1200 for a little 2 bed flat. Council tax is the least value for money I have ever seen!! You'd think for all that money, you'd at least get some services.

I reported a broken street lamp 2 weeks ago, it's still broken.

Only one of my recycle boxes got emptied 2 weeks ago, despite it being right underneath the other recycle box that DID get emptied. I emailed them (as it says on their web page) to ask what they propose I did with any plastic, metal or cardboard I used in the next 2 weeks now the box was full, and guess what?! they didn't reply! Useless.

Yesterday I was in a car crash, and someone smashed into the back of my car at about 40mph. His car was screwed, and mine didn't look great. I called the police, and 20 minutes later after not showing up, they called to say they were too busy so would have to wait at least another 20 mins in the cold. They told me if my car looked OK, to drive it, if not, to get a pick up truck.

I decided to drive my car, which was a stupid decision, as one of the tyres could have potentially burst, and the damage underneath was pretty bad. Given I was in shock, I was in no state to make a decision if the car was drivable. A policeman would have said straight away not to drive it.

A day later, my neck, shoulder, wrist, ankle and arm are hurting, and I appear to have slight concussion as I keep feeling the urge to vomit all the time, and feel a bit drowsy. I phone my GP today (Thursday), to get an emergency appointment (describing symptoms), and the next appointment they have is MONDAY EVENING!!

I'm contemplating going to A&E later today, although isn't it too late now to go to A&E??

All this council tax, and I can't even get basic services!!
